WELCOME to CHRIST EPISCOPAL CHURCH

We extend special best wishes for new & returning IUP students, faculty, & staff!  ALL IUP STUDENTS are invited to GET THE SCOOP on Wednesday, August 31 at 7:00pm in the HUB Delaware Room (in the Student Union, adjacent to the food court).  GET THE SCOOP is an informal fellowship & free ice cream event sponsored by the IUP InterFaith Council (IFC), an umbrella organization of student religious groups, campus ministers, and congregations in the IUP neighborhood.

YELLOW CREEK SERVICE & PICNIC: Sunday, September 4th, 10:30 a.m. at Yellow Creek State Park, North Shore Pavilion.  Fried Chicken & drinks will be provided; if possible please bring a side dish or desert to share. (8:00 service still at Church that morning).  DIRECTIONS to Yellow Creek North Shore pavilion: Drive East on Rt.422 — shortly after the road narrows from 4 to 2 lanes, turn right at first crossroad — stay on paved road until you come to a small white-framed church on the right — just beyond the church turn left into the parking lot and pavilion (it is 2 miles from the Rt.422 intersection to the pavilion, and there are signs to direct you on your way)

CHRISTIAN EDUCATION begins Sunday, September 11th between the services at 9:30 a.m.  This Sunday also marks the return to our normal schedule with services of Holy Eucharist at the church at 8:00 and 10:30 a.m.
